I am writing about my outstanding experience of buying a drone from Drone Safe Store. As a company it really stands out from its competitors. Tom, the Sales Director, and the team he leads including Harrison, provide an outstanding, expert and well informed service. When choosing my drone and accessories, they helpfully guided me through the relevant options based on my aerial photography objectives. Each delivery was the next day, reliably. Their attention to detail is first-rate. When I encountered a file format issue, they immediately recognised and understood it, and told me how I should deal with it effectively. When choosing a drone, it is far more helpful to be able to discuss the purchase, for the right reasons. This is not possible with Amazon, with no one to speak with, where the risk of buying a less-than-suitable piece of kit is all too likely. There has never been any delay in getting through to speak to an experienced member of staff within moments (instead of being kept waiting in a queue; or unlike one of their competitors, who never returned my call at all). All too often these days, the waste of time getting through is a major frustration, whether calling large organisations, suppliers or service providers. And these are organisations with whom I want to spend my budget and place business! If you are thinking of buying a drone, you need look no further than Drone Safe Store. You will be in expert hands. Excellent service

Before buying a Mavic 3 classic and various other items I had a few questions about the aircraft. It was good to talk with someone that thoroughly knew about drones in general, and my proposed purchase in particular. This is the great advantage of dealing with specialists rather than companies that sell everything from drawing pins to kitchen sinks. I was also given a good deal on the batch of articles I bought.

After looking for a suitable drone for quite some time, I decided on tha Dji mini pro as a starter. After shopping around, I decided Drone Safe offered the best deal, and they had excellent customer feedback. I asked for some advice using the 'chat' option, and was given comprehensive advice very quickly. I ordered my drone late one evening, and it arrived within 30 hours. Well packed and included all the items I had purchased. I am very pleased with the service thus far.

Drone arrived less than 24 hours after purchasing, got a courtesy call after buying which is always nice, shows they care about the customer, couldn't be more pleased, will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

I really can't fault the service from these lovely bunch of guys. They were beyond helpful & nothing was too much trouble. I will 100% be going back to them for all my Drone needs. Many thanks guys, so professional & great service.

Finally set up my DJI Mini 3 Pro now the weather is changing. Would totally recommend Drone Safe Store. Good price, fast, tracked, delivery. Had one quick question which they answered immediately - not a case of sell and run. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in purchasing drone equipment.

1st stop for all drone purchases and always last… My 2nd drone purchase and Dronesafestore is always the 1st play I'd go for new drone equipment. Chatted through some specific requirements on the phone. Mark couldn't have been more helpful and was happy to answer anything I needed to know... Always a lovely surprise to get a few treats in the package but on this occasion I literally felt like a kid in a sweetshop. Mark had gone for the environmental packaging and nothing was moving between the item, the Haribo 'soft packing jellies' and the packaging. Super quick delivery, great price and really well-looked after happy customer - again...

My 1st though was to good to be true but how wrong I was it is good to be true fantastic experience, check out the video link on web page of dragons den I would highly recommend dronesafe my 1st ever drone and was far cheaper than dji store. I ordered mavic 3 classic brand new unopened box arrived the next i cannot say anything more than wow I will be using dronesafe for my next purchases thank you keep up the good work 😊😊😊
