Tell us about your drone and the fault, pay the £40 service fee, and we take care of the rest: collection or drop-off, the repair with the manufacturer, and delivery back to your door.

2 Getting your drone to us

Collections take place on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We will confirm the day with you by email or phone.

If your drone is not on this list, unfortunately we are unable to repair it.

Found in the DJI Fly app under About, or on the aircraft label.

Please only send what is needed for the repair. Remove memory cards and propellers where possible.

4 Photos of the damage

Up to 10 photos, 15MB each (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC). Photos upload securely as you add them.
