Every Open Box unit has had its packaging opened, whether for display in our Chichester showroom, for content and photography, or as a returned order, but has not been activated or flown. On most listings, that means completely untouched flight hardware; on at least one current listing, the aircraft was flown once for demonstration, which is stated clearly on that specific product page.
We'd rather tell you the real condition of each item than apply a blanket claim that doesn't hold for every unit, so always check the individual listing, or call us, before you buy.
