I have previously purchased from a large drone company but liked the idea of purchasing from a smaller company, supporting local people. I was not disappointed! Their prices are great, their YouTube videos are comprehensive and informative and delivery was very quick. I ordered late on Saturday night and it was dissipated on Monday, delivered on Tuesday. Superb service. Packaging was really good and the delivery was handled with care. What's more the drone is exactly as described, the accessories perfectly match the drone and how great for in ultimate combo. I will be using Drone Safe Store for all my future drone and camera purchases. Keep it up guys!

A pleasure to order my first drone (DJI Neo) from Drone Safe Store. Currently talking my friend into buying a Neo too. I have a background in fixed wing and RC helos. I have managed to figure out this DJI Neo and am totally confident within 2 days. I'm already eyeing up the Avatar 2. I absolutely love this drone and only wish I had bought it sooner. Decided to pop in and see the DSR team to purchase a Mini 5 Pro. Excellent service, Harrison even recognised me from some telephone contact I had had with him some time back - that persoanl touch is so important. Did not have time to look around in detail but from what I saw the set up is superb, very hands on - just what you need. Well done to Mark and his team.

Just what can you say about Drone Safe Store nothing negative for sure !!! On a off chance called the store out of hours just to see if anyone about on a Sunday morning as unable to get into store on normal working days left a message and an hour later the boss called me back saying he was happy to open up and I could pick up the new DJI MINI PRO 5 could not believe my luck and the extra mile these go to help BEST DRONE STORE,BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE nothing more to say great and many thanks .
