Searched several sites to purchase my first drone from, some were really expensive and not very good at saying what you got in the package, came across Drone safe accidentally and so glad I did great web site very good at explaining what you need as a first time drone buyer , ordered mini pro 5 received 1 day late but DPD problem not these guys they were very quick to respond and it was delivered next day , if your looking for a genuine company with great customer service look no further than Drone Safe , highly recommend them .look forward to more dealings with them .

I had many questions after flying my friends drones! These were answered with patience and I left the store having bought the perfect drone for my needs. I will be coming back for my next drone.

I bought an Osmo Action 5 Pro from here and was happy that they price matched to Amazon. However, the week before I went into the store and explained that I wanted to use the product purely as a stand alone motorcycle helmet camera. I just wanted to be able to record footage and download to my PC. I did not want to have to use apps on my phone for this at all. I was told this was no problem you can record to internal storage or SD card and then transfer. This is not strictly a true statement of fact. To activate the product you have to download and install an app and agree to some very strict terms and conditions. This was not explained and it`s not until I powered the device up that I became aware of this.
