Having the need to upgrade my fleet, I went to Tom and immediately knew I was in good hands. I received everything very quickly and anything not in yet was always coupled with a call to update me. Then I went to collect my M30T personally and was welcomed by Mark, Tom and the team. I really saw how well ran the business is but with such a family feel, Mark is building something very special! What a great place to get all the gear you think you need and some gear you didn’t realise you did need. The team are very helpful and professional in the way they deal with your questions / queries. I went there to get a few things for my new drone and I will definitely be going back to get anything else I may need in the future. Turned up with an idea of what I required , the lads all greeted me well and listened to get an understanding of my lack of knowledge. I was shown different varietys of what i required and more, due to their extensive stock they had for all types of drone. Not only did I leave with what I wanted , i wasn't up-saled and also left with more info and my operators license ( didn't know I required one ) . Brought a drone on Su2 arrived on Tuesday. No fuse no dramas.

Ordered a DJI Mike, they phoned me within a few hours to say it was ready and dispatched but because we live in the highlands of Scotland it wouldn’t arrive the next day, but the day after. Not a problem, we expect that living so far north of Glasgow. Really happy with the packaging, customer care and speedy delivery. Thank you

Tom, and Toby and the other members of the company are FANTASTICALLY helpful and professional. I am a professional filmmaker and Cinematography and bought my first drone from them a few months ago, had a problem with the propellers being screwed on too tightly and they were very helpful in helping. Tom kindly offered to replace the drone once new stock comes in, and the ability to actually see and talk to someone as opposed to a automated Amazon or Jessops alternative was why I bought from them. They offer the personal touch which is this day and age of more automated services, really is nice to have. Thanks guys!
