Popped into there office with the hope of viewing a drone, I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The Guys couldn’t be more helpful, answering all my questions in detail and offering there knowledge in the area. Yes I ended up purchasing the mavic 3 classic and fly more kit which i am over the moon with. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. I recommend highly. Thanks Guys.

Very good service. Competitive prices with speedy delivery, ordered in the evening and arrived in the morning 2 days later. Although I didn’t make use of all the services, it’s good to see they are there and available. The added extras in the package were a nice touch too 👌🏻

Great experience here! Family business and you can tell! When we turned up to collect my DJI Mini 3 pro you could tell they ware passionate about customer service. They even offered us a product at £60 discount … because you know why not! Genuinely one of the best experiences - full credit given.

Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Drone Safe Store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m flying out to the Czech Republic on Saturday for the Christmas and won’t be back till the New Year. DPD 👎🏾 had my parcel for over one week and didn’t deliver, told them my situation and they did not care. Horrible service. Explained the situation to the Drone Safe Store and they said with no hesitation, I can come to the store and collect my DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) and Fly More Kit in person, and the parcel DPD have they will return to sender. “ made my Christmas”🎄🎄🎄 They gave me loads of goodies ….SD cards, exclusive DJI merchandise ALL FOR FREE!!!! 10 out of 10 customer service highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably the best retailer in th UK, These guys take pride in what they do and not only they call you send you emails to keep you updated and they follow their sale even after the goods are delivered. I purchased a mini 3 pro with various other add ons and the guys who work and own this establishment are basically wonderful. I really appreciate all the help and your guidance through out the purchase and set up and registering DJI refresh plans etc. All the best
