Mark and Tom run an incredible service with the DSR store and are always on hand to provide fantastic customer service and help with any special requests. The store isn't full of junk either, like your Amazons of the world. It's a carefully stocked store by professionals for professionals.

Mark and Tom provide a very helpful and informative service and despite only being a DSR member I’ve already secured two pieces of work which more than pay for the yearly membership. Well worth the money and a great way to network and meet other helpful, experienced and friendly drone operators who are always more than happy to answer any questions regardless of what level you are. Will definitely be renewing next year. Thanks guys.

Drone Safe Store are my goto for DJI equipment for our drone business. Great customer service, super fast delivery and usually a freebie in the box too! Recently ordered some batteries to keep our commercial drone operations going. From enquiry through to order and delivery, these guys give a great service. great service. You should definitely consider them for your DJI kit, commercial or hobby! Update: Recently ordered some kit required for a short notice job. Ordered late evening and received a personal phone call to say the kit will despatched first thing. Awesome service!

Lightning fast order process and the team are always on hand to answer questions. In the film industry we always need rapid responses, thorough technical knowledge and very fast delivery and these folks understand that perfectly.

Visited Drone Safe with the idea of "finding out more"! All there made me feel very welcome, and, yes, I waked out having purchased a Mini 2! Second visit was just as welcoming & met the office guard dog & purchased a Mavic 2Pro.... dare I go there again??? On a serious note, I would thoroughly recommend them .... extremely helpful & knowledgeable. If I could give 6 stars, I would have.
