Sorry, I can't honestly recommend you guys. My first order I placed was for the DJI Focus Pro Grip, which showed as in stock on the website. I got an email hours later saying it actually wasn't in stock and the order had been cancelled. Annoying, but ok - I got it from somewhere else instead. I then wanted to buy a DJI Focus Pro Motor and Drone Safe had free next day delivery (and I needed it quick), so I took the last order as a blip and gave them the benefit of the doubt. NOPE! Got a phone call a few hours later saying it wasn't in stock and it'd be with me on the Saturday or the Monday (this was on a Thursday). Saturday came and went, then Monday came and went, so I called to find out what was going on and was met with a cocktail of conflicting answers: "It's been shipped and it'll be with you tomorrow" then "No it hasn't been shipped and we don't know when it will be" then "We're still waiting in stock and it'll be with you next week" which all took place over several phone calls. Also I was told I'd get a call back later that day, which never happened. Finally, I had assurance it would be delivered the following Wednesday, which it thankfully was, and I got £10 refunded for the inconvenience. But still, that was far from next day delivery (it took about a week), really shoddy communication, and consistently incorrectly marked stock as In Stock when it wasn't. Yes, the prices are decent and the free next day delivery is great, but truly at what cost? Very frustrating - I wish it could've been easier and I hate leaving bad reviews, but you guys have some stuff you need to sort out.

My order was only for a small item (DJI Neo 2 Transceiver), which was made at the weekend. However, the item was shipped over the weekend, and was received 48 hours later. Great service from the Drone Safe Store, and I'll certainly be first checking the Store for future Drone goods.

Very good items are incredibly good prices. Delivered very quickly. The only problem is, I really don't think that delicate items should be sent in a padded envelope. Should really be putting in a box Especially batteries right

Fantastic item however delivery was a let down, paid £4.99 for next day delivery and a delay meant it didn't arrive until the day after luckily just in time for a birthday present
