Competitively priced items, I was after a DJI controller which arrived rapidly and communications were good too. They clearly deserve their positive online reputation and I'll certainly buy again from them.

My first purchase from this store was awesome from start to finish. I wanted to buy a new drone and I had narrowed it down to 2 drones, with one being a bit more expensive than the other. I had pretty much set my mind on the cheaper one as I thought it would still suit my requirements. Tom served me and he confirmed that the cheaper drone would definitely be the best option which also came with a great deal too. So straight away the Drone safe store came across 100% trustworthy, because some places could try to push you to spend more, but not here. Will I be a returning customer? Hell yeah!

I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store. I contacted them out of hours and Tom still responded that evening. I also received a courtesy call letting me know that my order had gone through and would be shipped on the day they promised. I’ve been to a couple of events they’ve held, and they always make you feel very welcome. On this occasion, however, the courier let them down. The parcel was held at the depot for an extra day. When it was eventually delivered, the courier was a little late. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but he actually claimed he had delivered it on time. I have a photo with a timestamp that clearly shows otherwise.
