Regarding my recent experience with Drone Safe Store, I visited the establishment last year in search of a drone and decided upon the Mini 4 Pro. The staff kindly offered assistance in the event of any issues. Subsequently, I registered and obtained my ID, enabling me to operate the drone. I have thoroughly enjoyed flying the drone and capturing photos and videos. A year later, I decided to upgrade to the Mavric 4 Pro. Upon returning to Drone Safe Store, I was able to make a purchase with ease. However, I encountered a problem the following day during the setup process. Fortunately, the staff at Drone Safe Store were readily available to assist me over the phone, promptly resolving the issue.

Ordered my first drone set up , arrived safe and in one piece, all set up and ready to fly , I phoned up for some advice about what else I needed to be all legit , the chap on the phone was more than happy to pass on helpful information, will recommend this company to anyone, I will be getting in touch to book in for a couple of courses

For some reason the official DJI Website was out of batteries and chargers for my DJI Neo 2. Found a couple of sites that had them, but they were unable to deliver to my location! Why!?! Luckily I found Drone Safe Store. They had everything I needed and delivered to my address. It all arrived promptly and very well packaged - thank you! Can’t recommend Drone Safe Store enough! Highly recommended! (PS If you’re interested I live on the Isle of Man, I don’t understand how companies can afford to turn down business because they can’t be bothered to write an address on a label and go to the post office - bizarre!) 😊
