I purchased a DJI RC2 Pro controller, it arrived next day, a free neck strap and was way cheaper then direct from DJI which is what I normally do. Some people mentioned a free gift 🎁 some bag of sweets, in truth this was my main reason for shopping with them, sadly I searched the box, I pulled all the excellent packaging paper apart but no sweets. I won’t hold it against them tho. Great experience.

I ordered a care refresh package as a digital download only not to arrive by email.i attempted to make 2 emails to be told they have none left , why advertise a product online if there are none available.i always support local businesses but this is not acceptable and very disappointing.after 24 hours I received this after no apology.suchba shame but the trust has been broken with me .

Very nice store took a little while to be served but then we found the bell and the person who served me was very apologetic and even made me a cup of tea. My purchases were quickly rounded up and put in a box. It was nice to get the free gifts as advertised and there price was lower than anyone else. Would recommend to anyone.

Delivered next day Salute

I buy all my drones from here, always a great price and service. I have just purchased a DJI Pocket 4P and the owner Mark phoned me personally as DJI failed to deliver the stock on time, which was something out of his control but that it would be with me tomorrow. If that isn’t 5 star service then what is. It’s also great to support a small business rather than buying from Amazon etc.

Dronesafe have always been my first point of contact when it comes to anything DJI related. Their service is second to none and they are very responsive.. We build creative videos for big businesses and individuals so we need a company to rely on..Dronesafe are that company..👍👍

The prices were extremely competitive, and the entire process from order to delivery was quick and relatively effortless. Follow up support was outstanding to a query I had with the included drone care policy, with a response provided within 10 to 15 mins of my initial email. Highly recommended, and will definitely make DroneSafe one of the first stores I visit for additional accessories and future drone purchases

I purchased the dji osmo pocket 4P from dji, 3 days later I was told they had run out of stock so I asked for a refund. I searched the normal routes to see if I could find one and Drone Safe Store popped up and had them in stock for the same price as the dji store, I ordered straight away and within a couple of hours I received An email from the parcel company saying they were picking it up and it was over night, he next day I received my item so I cant speak highly enough of this company.

Very efficient is my impression. I wanted a storage/carry case for my drone and equipment and the guys had the perfect one. I ordered it on the Monday afternoon and received it the following morning! Absolutely faultless process and good packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition and at the exact time promised (DPD) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ,👍👍
