We've been buying from Drone Safe Store for a while now and they've become our go-to for everything drone related. As a commercial aerial operation we put our kit through its paces and the team there genuinely understands that. Any question we've thrown at them, technical or otherwise, they've had a proper answer rather than just pointing us at a manual. Recently picked up the Mavic 4 Pro through them and the whole process was straightforward. Walking into the store is half the fun too, the range of gear on display is the kind of thing you could spend an hour browsing without meaning to. Where they've really earned our trust is on the aftercare side. We've had a couple of incidents with existing fleet over the time we've been customers and they've handled the DJI warranty and repair process on our behalf without us having to chase or get involved. That kind of service matters when the kit is your livelihood. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I needed an extra dji mic 3 to use with my dji 360 camera as 1 was not enough, and Drone Safe sorted it out real quick. Delivery was fast

Disappointing communication – you will have to chase them constantly. I ordered a DJI Mini 5 Pro on 30/04/2026, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, on the first flight, a propeller failed, causing a crash that damaged the arm and camera lens. While the replacement drone has now arrived and is working correctly, the customer service experience in between was highly frustrating. At almost every single stage of the process, I had to chase them up for updates: 03/05: Emailed about the issue. 05/05: They offered a next-day pickup, which I accepted. 06/05: No confirmation arrived. I called and was told it hadn't actually been booked. After insisting on the pickup over a drop-off, DPD finally collected it on 08/05. 13/05: No updates, so I called and spoke to Harrison, who said a new drone would be dispatched shortly. 20/05: Still nothing. Called again, spoke to Tom, who CC’d me on an update request to Harrison. Harrison replied a few minutes later, advising he had chased this up with DJI and would update me. 27/05: Followed up via email after hearing nothing further. No response. 28/05: Called again and was told the replacement had just arrived and would be sent out. While I appreciate finally getting the working replacement, the lack of proactive communication and the sheer amount of effort required on my part was incredibly disappointing. Even after Harrison promised on the 20th to keep me updated, I was left in the dark for another week. I wouldn't use Drone Safe UK again.

Offered the market price, with added extras in the bundle (lanyard and SD card) which was a nice touch. Shipped and delivered on time with plenty of email updates. Not one groan or moan, product came well packaged and I’m getting all I need out of my drone!
