Great service. Ordered Sunday evening and received at 8:30am Tuesday morning.

I took advantage of a great offer in the Black Friday sale. In spite of postal disruption and, no doubt, a busy period my drone arrived securely packaged shortly afterwards. I'm very happy with the service and also the technical help received when I called a few days later

They responded well when the Ex-demo DJI action camera I bought from them didn't work. I sent it back and they offered a refund or manufacturer's repair, which I took. So I had to wait a few weeks , but then received back an as-new boxed product.

Okay so the complementary cadbury buttons, haribos and drumstick had nothing to do with me leaving this review. But I will mention how reliable and quick DroneSafe has been in delivering the DJI Mic. One less Christmas present to worry about getting. Thanks Team!
