I am mad, so let's get that out of the way before anything, I drove all the way from Greenwich SE London to Chichester to collect my new drone on the release day. The people at the Drone Safe Store gave me the star treatment, coffee and donuts, and they even allowed me through their back office to meet the family run team and have a chat with them all, Mark and his sons and other member of staff were all corteous and were a blast to talk to. Great atmosphere. I am a returning customer but my previous drone purchase were all done online, this was my first time (when madness kicked in), that I drove all the way there to see the store and collect the new Dji Mini 5 Pro which is a fantastic drone. I highlt recommend the service provided by Mark and the whole family team at Drone Safe Store in Chichester. Thank you Francesco Camardo now back in his straight jacket. cheers!

I ordered an RC car before the 17:30 cut-off on Thursday specifically for next-day delivery, but unfortunately it wasn’t dispatched until the following day. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had planned around the promised delivery date. I also reached out to Voltage Models about the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it even though they admitted fault and said their website was wrong and needed updating. The product itself is fine, but I’m disappointed that the delivery promise wasn’t met and the service after was lacking. I hope they improve their dispatch and customer care so future customers don’t have the same experience. Their website still has not been updated to state the new cut off, over a month later.

From my initial telephone call with Hamilton to delivery the next day, I cannot fault the advice given and service from Drone Safe.

Live in Chichester and had a drone flying lesson with Harrison, though the rain cut short our flying time, which I will complete next week. Was very impressed with the DJI Mini Pro 4 and although the '5' is due out, took advantage of the excellent Combo deal, which will be fine for my amateur use. Looking forward to setting it up and trying it out. Very friendly and helpful service from all at the Drone Safe Store and always pleased to help local a business. Harrison was very patient explaining all the controls - 5 stars!
