What is the DJI Avata?
The DJI Avata is the latest and greatest FPV drone from DJI. This revolutionary first-person view drone allows you to rediscover your surroundings in a new exciting way. This drone is smaller than the previous DJI FPV and packs a bigger punch which is hard to achieve when the DJI FPV is still a fantastic drone. The DJI Avata is built tough so you can go for those ambitious moves while rediscovering your surroundings in a unique, fun way.
This small but mighty drone comes with a 1/1.7-inch CMOS sensor which is capable of capturing 4K/60fps video with an aperture of f/2.8. The sensor on the DJI Avata is perfect for capturing stunning footage whilst having the most fun you will ever have flying a drone.
The DJI Avata is compatible with the DJI Goggles 2, DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 and DJI FPV Goggles V2

Rocksteady 2.0 - Rocksteady reduces the amount of shakes it’s recording in real-time. This means that the footage you get from the DJI Avata will be significantly smoother when you go to look back on the footage you just got.
HorizonSteady - HorizonSteady makes the footage lock the horizon to a certain level to make the footage you acquire feel more cinematic.
155 Degrees Super-Wide FOV - Most drones in the market come with an 84 degrees FOV but the DJI Avata kicks it up a gear with its super-wide 155 degrees Field Of View. This upgraded perspective is similar to what we see through our own eyes which creates hyper-immersive footage
Turtle Mode - If the DJI Avata lands on it’s back you can activate Turtle Mode which lets it spring right back into action
Halt and Hover - Just tap the Emergency Brake button if you ever come into a situation where you need to stop in an instant.
