I had a query before purchase and was easily able to communicate with a customer service assistant using the messaging thingy on the website and the response was immediate. I ordered before 2pm and had my package delivered the next day. Fantastic service and I have gifted the Gimbal to a friend so not sure about how well it works.

I ordered a set of Nd filters for my Dji mini 3 Pro online. Great service and fast delivery. I haven't tried the filters out yet.
