I've dealt with Drone Safe a couple of times. From the outset, Mark the owner has been great! Helpful, responsive, competitive and quick to offer/resolve any issues taking on matters first hand. Well what can I say about the service apart amazing. I was online at half 2 in the afternoon just looking at different sitesl for a drone when I cane across Drone safe store, I chatted to Tom on web chat who was nothing short than brilliant, he advised me what drone would best for my needs. Tom promised i would get the drone next day even though it was a Saturday. The drone was delivered as promised.

Drone Safe Store is absolutely superb! Customer service was impeccable and we really appreciated their advice/knowledge on drones. We were picked up by Tom (Store Manager) at Chichester station and he took us out to show us the ropes on how to fly before we even bought anything. This was not only a valuable experience for us as first time flyers but really made us appreciate the lengths they go through to help their customers (you most likely won't get this elsewhere) We were also never pressured into buying anything we didn't want which has been the case with a lot of face-to-face sales. Mark the CEO of the store was also very helpful, welcomed us in and was super friendly which we appreciated very much. We would 100% recommend these and will be using them for all our drone purchases in the future! Also if you can make it down to Chichester where they're based it is definitely worth your time and they will answer any questions you have in person. Thanks again guys! Keep doing what you're doing!

Incredible service. I recently bought a drone (and kit) from them. Both the pre-sales and post-sales service was first rate The purchase was online, and it combined the online pricing with the instore service. I would really recommend them.

We arrived as the store was closing on the 23/12/21 but Tom was more than helpful in the sale of DJI mini 2. I then contacted the store via there message service online and arranged for my partner to meet up with one of the guys to buy a second DJI mini 2. Have to say the service and the knowledge we have had from all the team has been great. 10/10. We both feel confident that if there is anything we need or just for a bit of advise that we can contact the team with no problem. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

DJI Mavic 2 Protector Case Am in South Africa, made a purchase from Tom on the 14th of December 2021, and he shipped the package immediately thereafter and have received it already. After deliberating the pros and cons of buying a Mavic 3 for the past month, this being such an expensive item, I was full of indecision regarding many aspects of drone flying legislation. I had already ordered two from other on-line retailers (Jessops and Drones Direct) but ‘bottled it’ and both were returned. What a difference a bit of personal contact makes though from someone who clearly knows his subject and actually cares about his customers. After further indecision I received a personal phone call from Mark, the CEO of Drone Safe Register. In five minutes he allayed all my fears by talking good old common sense and without any ‘pressure sales’ tactic, I decided to buy and this time keep the Mavic 3. From this brief conversation I knew that my drone flying future was in good safe hands and any issues would be resolved swiftly by those in the know. As far as customer service goes, next day delivery was the icing on the cake for what has been a totally pleasurable buying experience. Just need this bloody rain to stop now so I can fly the darn thing!
