Amazing customer service and very easy to deal with. I dealt with Tom and Harrison, both very knowledgable guys in their field. Very quick delivery via DPD and would certainly deal again with this company. Anyone looking to buy a drone or accessories this is the place to go to.

Very well priced & quick service!

My name is Sarah, I am a 58 year old disabled lady. I guess I am a bit of a gadget Freak. I have wanted a drone for quite some time, however, they are quite expensive & it has taken me ages to save up. I looked up on Google & I kept seeing Drone Safe, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Tom, I explained to him about the fact that I hadn’t any drone experience, apart from watching DJ & PJ Audits on YouTube, they both use the DJI mini 2. I loved watching them flying their drones over interesting places. Tom was very helpful, in fact I must of telephoned him 3 or 4 times before I decided to purchase the Dji mini drone 3 Pro, with 3 extra batteries, 1 bag & a hard case, SD card. It all arrived the very next day. I was given some goodies too. I tried my best to set up the controller myself. However, I ended up needing help yet again. I managed to get hold of Tom again. I know he had said ring anytime, I just hoped it wouldn’t be quite as soon. Tom managed to calm me down, as I had got myself in a bit of a fluster, I was worried that I had messed up the setting up. Tom explained everything to me. I love the fact that I know if I run into any kind of bother, the team at Drone Safe Store, will be there for me. I would recommend Drone Safe Store for the people who know very little, like myself & if your an experienced drone operator, they are the team for you too. Thank You Sarah

Quality service and friendly communication regarding order, highly knowledgeable staff, and would appear to only want the best for the customer, product supplied swiftly and well packaged, would recommend to anyone and will be dealing with as a customer again. Main DJI products are as I would expect, only minor disappointment is the basic “hard case” supplied by DJI as part of the bundle, have used previous rugged cases, and will probably swap this one out for one by another manufacturer, the interior foam is not to the quality that I would expect. But despite this, the guys at DroneSafeStore have excelled in providing exact order swiftly

The order arrived very quickly in perfect condition and with some sweets! To be honest this is par for the course for Drone Safe. Update The above service was so good that I ordered some more ND filters from them, it arrived the next day with more sweets. At this rate I'll be putting on weight! They're great. I've made some more purchases and they're great as usual with some fantastic advice.

I am writing about my outstanding experience of buying a drone from Drone Safe Store. As a company it really stands out from its competitors. Tom, the Sales Director, and the team he leads including Harrison, provide an outstanding, expert and well informed service. When choosing my drone and accessories, they helpfully guided me through the relevant options based on my aerial photography objectives. Each delivery was the next day, reliably. Their attention to detail is first-rate. When I encountered a file format issue, they immediately recognised and understood it, and told me how I should deal with it effectively. When choosing a drone, it is far more helpful to be able to discuss the purchase, for the right reasons. This is not possible with Amazon, with no one to speak with, where the risk of buying a less-than-suitable piece of kit is all too likely. There has never been any delay in getting through to speak to an experienced member of staff within moments (instead of being kept waiting in a queue; or unlike one of their competitors, who never returned my call at all). All too often these days, the waste of time getting through is a major frustration, whether calling large organisations, suppliers or service providers. And these are organisations with whom I want to spend my budget and place business! If you are thinking of buying a drone, you need look no further than Drone Safe Store. You will be in expert hands. Excellent service

Before buying a Mavic 3 classic and various other items I had a few questions about the aircraft. It was good to talk with someone that thoroughly knew about drones in general, and my proposed purchase in particular. This is the great advantage of dealing with specialists rather than companies that sell everything from drawing pins to kitchen sinks. I was also given a good deal on the batch of articles I bought.

After looking for a suitable drone for quite some time, I decided on tha Dji mini pro as a starter. After shopping around, I decided Drone Safe offered the best deal, and they had excellent customer feedback. I asked for some advice using the 'chat' option, and was given comprehensive advice very quickly. I ordered my drone late one evening, and it arrived within 30 hours. Well packed and included all the items I had purchased. I am very pleased with the service thus far.
