Great quick service and offer! Highly recommend!

I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store. I contacted them out of hours and Tom still responded that evening. I also received a courtesy call letting me know that my order had gone through and would be shipped on the day they promised. I’ve been to a couple of events they’ve held, and they always make you feel very welcome. On this occasion, however, the courier let them down. The parcel was held at the depot for an extra day. When it was eventually delivered, the courier was a little late. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but he actually claimed he had delivered it on time. I have a photo with a timestamp that clearly shows otherwise.

First class, excellent customer service, provided exactly what I needed with very a professional and friendly service. Thanks very much Drone safe.

Been 3 days waiting for a next day delivery not much to do with drone safe it’s the delivery company I’m am so annoyed just a complete cock up dronesafe have done there best and assured me I will get it tomorrow if I don’t I will send it back when it comes and buy from curry’s.

Drone Safe Store is an excellent company to deal with. Their website is easy to browse and they carry a huge amount of stock. They have genuine deals and items are dispatched very quickly and are very well packaged. I bought a DJI Mini5 Pro fly more combo and am very pleased with it. There was a slight hiccup over the access code for the DJI care but this was resolved within an hour of me notifying them and on a Sunday night!!!! Superb service!! I was so pleased with them that I subsequently bought a DJI Neo2 fly more combo as well. A Great Company and I highly recommend them.

What a fantastic company. I have purchased drones from them twice and on each occasion their prices and customer service were second to none. The service was brilliant, I called the store with some questions on the process of flying a drone commercially and spoke to Tom. He answered all my questions and I went ahead and purchased a drone. It was delivered the next day. I also asked about training courses and was able to add that on as well. Both Tom and Harrison I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful.
