Great service, quick delivery

Just ordered DJI mini5 pro from Drone safe store. I did not want to buy directly from DJI as I wanted to speak to somebody in person instead of just a chat online with DJI. After surfing the web I decided to contact the Drone Safe Store and spoke to Tom who was very helpful in explaining queries and answering all my questions. I then ordered the drone and received it by courier the next day in perfect packaging. I feel confident to have support from someone you can trust and talk to. Daniel.

This was a present and i needed it quick,i ordered and was here next the day,absolutely amazing it was very well packed,and i was pleased how it arrive,but not as pleased as my husband with his gift.very proffessional was happy with everything. Thankyou for making my husband an happy man.

Great service. Ordered on line 4pm Thursday and was in central scotland at 3.30 on the Friday. I needed a quick call to ensure I added a discount code and the guy was courteous and helpful. All add ons were in the box which was double packed and well insulated. Very good value for money - I bought the DJI 5 Pro fly more combo. Very pleased and would highly recommend

I don't recommend this site,they ignore my cancellation even I sent it twice.and still sent it I hope that the credit card company will stop it

Very competitive pricing, went to collect and didn't wait long and staff very friendly and knowledgeable! I'm the worst for ordering online from big corporations but with this store just up the road from me, I'll order local from now on!

For me their everything you need in one store, from helping you making the right decision .They make it easy to tell you what you truly need to know, and if there not sure they can always find out, where all human , and if you stock so many items theirs no way , can anyone be expected to quote everything , coming from London, in the nicest way I would say Tom Boyt is a diamond geezer, very polite, honest. A class above the rest , someone whose happy to accommodate you as much as possible. I hope to undergo some specialist training with one of there expensive drones soon, and postcode of that footage
