I ordered an RC car before the 17:30 cut-off on Thursday specifically for next-day delivery, but unfortunately it wasn’t dispatched until the following day. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had planned around the promised delivery date. I also reached out to Voltage Models about the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it even though they admitted fault and said their website was wrong and needed updating. The product itself is fine, but I’m disappointed that the delivery promise wasn’t met and the service after was lacking. I hope they improve their dispatch and customer care so future customers don’t have the same experience. Their website still has not been updated to state the new cut off, over a month later.

From my initial telephone call with Hamilton to delivery the next day, I cannot fault the advice given and service from Drone Safe.
