3 Delivery or collection

Delivery is by tracked courier to a UK address (not shared accommodation or PO boxes). Collection from the store is free.

4 Your documents

Upload each document as a PDF or photo (up to 10MB each). We review them before the equipment is dispatched. Anything you cannot upload now can be added later from your rental tracking page.

A copy of your in-force drone insurance covering the rental period (hull and public liability).

Passport or driving licence of the person signing the rental agreement.

A utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months matching the delivery address.

Your CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID (or GVC / A2 CofC certificate if applicable).

5 Rental agreement

Please read the rental agreement, then type your full name and sign in the box. A signed copy is emailed to you and stored with your booking.

RENTAL AGREEMENT between Drone Safe Store ("the Company") and [your name] ("the Hirer"). 1. Equipment. The Company agrees to hire to the Hirer the equipment described as Rental Mavic 3 Enterprise ("the Equipment") for the period [start date] to [end date] ([days] days) at a total charge of £[total] inc. VAT. 2. Insurance. The Hirer confirms the Equipment is covered by in-force drone insurance for the whole rental period, including hull cover and public liability, and has supplied a copy of the policy. 3. Care and use. The Hirer will keep the Equipment in good condition, operate it lawfully in accordance with CAA regulations and the manufacturer's instructions, and will not lend, sub-hire or modify it. 4. Loss and damage. The Hirer is responsible for the Equipment from delivery or collection until it is returned to the Company, and will pay for repair or replacement of any loss or damage not covered by insurance, including any excess. 5. Return. The Equipment must be returned by [end date] with all accessories, batteries and packaging. Late returns are charged at the daily rate for each additional day. 6. Deposit. Any deposit (none) is held against damage, loss or late return and refunded once the Equipment has been checked back in. 7. Data. Flight logs and media may remain on the Equipment; the Hirer is responsible for removing personal data before return. By signing below the Hirer confirms they have read, understood and agree to these terms.
