GVC Course Training (E-Learning)
For a commercial operating authorization, a new drone qualification called the CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) is necessary. UK drone pilots can now operate in the Specific Category, which permits the use of drones weighing more than 2 kg for commercial flights, thanks to this course.

GVC is suited for professional drone pilots as it will allow you to:
Fly drone between 2kg-25kg
Fly within 50m of people
Fly within 50m of buildings
Fly in recreational areas
Fly in congested areas
You can operate enterprise drones in the new Specific category with greater payload capacities and equipment when you have the GVC. Pilots with GVC certification can operate enterprise drones up to 50 metres away from uninvolved parties.
Without this CAA-approved certificate, pilots will not be allowed to fly within 150 metres of residential, commercial, industrial, or recreational areas. It also allows access to a lot of new flying areas.
