Our Third Anniversary
How It All Started
During the 2020 Lockdown Mark (Father) and Tom (Son) decided to create Drone Safe Store to supply drones to Drone Safe Register customers, a Business that Entrepreneur Mark created in 2015 and is seen on Dragons' Den, where his pitch was highly successful. Drone Safe Store began with only a handful of stock and then opened a small office in Chichester. Over the three years, we have gained more and more recognition, allowing us to recently open a much larger office/warehouse. We have grown so much in these past three years and it is exciting to see what the future holds for us.
What Have We Achieved So Far?
Several of our achievements include having built up over 1500 five-star reviews online, with 98% of all reviews being five-star reviews. We are now the largest independent retailer in the UK and have over 10,000 customers.
We also have created a VIP membership so our loyal customers will receive discounted prices on our products.
We have recently relocated to a more extensive shop that has the first drone flying cage in the UK. This was built to allow customers to test the latest DJI drones and allow less experienced drone hobbyists to gain experience. There is nowhere like this in the UK.
In such a short time, we have come so far!

Meet Our Team
Our amazing team consists of CEO Mark, Director Tom, Operations Manager Harrison, Warehouse Manager Toby, Warehouse Assistant Wojciech, and our newest member Elysia, Marketing Executive.
Drone Safe Store started in 2020 as a small family business. Since then the company has seen rapid growth following the launch of many new DJI products and the level of customer service that we provide.
We have built up many loyal customers and served over 10,000 drone pilots across the UK and this can be seen from our glowing reviews.
Although we might be a slightly larger team, our traditional family values stay strong throughout our customer service.
Our standard of customer service is the same as when we had 10 customers on our books and will remain the same as we continue to have thousands of customers on our books. The team work super hard to provide end users with the latest and greatest from DJI with the best service possible. If there is anything our customers need we are only one phone call away.
You can also meet the team at our new premises in Chichester where we have the only DJI showroom available for customers to view all DJI models. We also have the largest Drone cage in the UK so customers can learn how to fly their drone before purchasing. Elysia is also here to provide you with any tea, coffee or refreshment you may need whilst you are getting expert advice in helping you choose the perfect Drone for you.
