Excellent service from Tom on the chat line. Answered all of my questions / queries in a timely and efficient manner on buying a Mavic 3 on line. Deal agreed on the purchase and delivery made next day as promised. Can not fault his service and knowledge, top man working for a good company. Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I bought a DJI RC Pro controller, because this was the first place I found with stock. It was on my doorstep by 7.00 next morning. Pleased with the service, I came back, bought propellor guards on Tuesday, minor fault, but replaced by Wednesday. Where else do you get service like that? The guys are great for technical help, too! I've since bought a DJI Mini 3 fly more kit and Drone Only package. Drone only has suffered long delays coming to the U.K. but Drone Safe had a delivery yesterday. Judging by other suppliers websites, this appears to be the first batch to the U.K. I was kept fully informed by Tom, who made no false promises and ensured delivery as soon as possible. I'll be back. With service like that, why gamble any other supplier?

I've dealt with Drone Safe a couple of times. From the outset, Mark the owner has been great! Helpful, responsive, competitive and quick to offer/resolve any issues taking on matters first hand. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, their inventory is vast, especially DJI products. Shop with confidence here👍

Well what can I say about the service apart amazing. I was online at half 2 in the afternoon just looking at different sitesl for a drone when I cane across Drone safe store, I chatted to Tom on web chat who was nothing short than brilliant, he advised me what drone would best for my needs. Tom promised i would get the drone next day even though it was a Saturday. The drone was delivered as promised.

Drone Safe Store is absolutely superb! Customer service was impeccable and we really appreciated their advice/knowledge on drones. We were picked up by Tom (Store Manager) at Chichester station and he took us out to show us the ropes on how to fly before we even bought anything. This was not only a valuable experience for us as first time flyers but really made us appreciate the lengths they go through to help their customers (you most likely won't get this elsewhere) We were also never pressured into buying anything we didn't want which has been the case with a lot of face-to-face sales. Mark the CEO of the store was also very helpful, welcomed us in and was super friendly which we appreciated very much. We would 100% recommend these and will be using them for all our drone purchases in the future! Also if you can make it down to Chichester where they're based it is definitely worth your time and they will answer any questions you have in person. Thanks again guys! Keep doing what you're doing!

Incredible service. I recently bought a drone (and kit) from them. Both the pre-sales and post-sales service was first rate The purchase was online, and it combined the online pricing with the instore service. I would really recommend them.

We arrived as the store was closing on the 23/12/21 but Tom was more than helpful in the sale of DJI mini 2. I then contacted the store via there message service online and arranged for my partner to meet up with one of the guys to buy a second DJI mini 2. Have to say the service and the knowledge we have had from all the team has been great. 10/10. We both feel confident that if there is anything we need or just for a bit of advise that we can contact the team with no problem. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.
