A brilliant buying experience. Everyone I sopke to at Drone Safe Store was very friendly and very helpful. There was an issue with my order. Their computer had some sort of glitch and the incorrect item was sent out to me. Drone Safe Store got it sorted and I had my correct items within 3 days. No problems at all. What more can a customer ask for. Other businesses could do with taking a leaf out of Drone Safe Stores book. Thank you guys

Ordered twice from here, one being a DJI drone and then a couple of months later some extra batteries and accessories. Both times I found everything I needed easily at very competitive prices, as well as delivery being next day even after ordering late in the afternoon. Will always order from here after my experiences.

I bought 2 new batteries for my new dji mini 3, I came on Google to search for drone shops selling dji equipment Purchased them on a saturday, had them charging a on the tuesday (due to.courier times) i then bought said charger from this store on the Tuesday amazing service my son loves his sweets and the toy plane. I've only been to this store once. But I'll say with confidence that I'll come again. I just went to see it, but when I came in, I really liked the atmosphere. The staff is responsive and ready to help at any moment. I wanted to buy a drone and this time I was in the right place. Service and quality are on top.
