Its great to be able to purchase from an independent and only 50 minutes away. Just popped the new Mini 5 pro up for a test and its amazing, it doesnt feel like a downgrade from my Air 3 and so handy to travel with. Thanks Mark and team excellent service!!

I ordered an RC car before the 17:30 cut-off on Thursday specifically for next-day delivery, but unfortunately it wasn’t dispatched until the following day. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had planned around the promised delivery date. I also reached out to Voltage Models about the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it even though they admitted fault and said their website was wrong and needed updating. The product itself is fine, but I’m disappointed that the delivery promise wasn’t met and the service after was lacking. I hope they improve their dispatch and customer care so future customers don’t have the same experience. Their website still has not been updated to state the new cut off, over a month later.

From my initial telephone call with Hamilton to delivery the next day, I cannot fault the advice given and service from Drone Safe.

Live in Chichester and had a drone flying lesson with Harrison, though the rain cut short our flying time, which I will complete next week. Was very impressed with the DJI Mini Pro 4 and although the '5' is due out, took advantage of the excellent Combo deal, which will be fine for my amateur use. Looking forward to setting it up and trying it out. Very friendly and helpful service from all at the Drone Safe Store and always pleased to help local a business. Harrison was very patient explaining all the controls - 5 stars!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff, with a genuine interest in the DJI products they sell. The perfect antidote to online shopping, buy from these guys and get the same products at the same prices but with all the benefits of dealing with real people who treat their customers properly. Great service and value, a rare combination. I ordered a DJI Mini 4 Pro Mega Bundle. It was easy to make the order by telephone on the Sat of a bank holiday weekend and the package arrived on the Tuesday morning. Very simple and straightforward, all emails for registration/care refresh etc were sent immediately. Like many resellers, DroneSafe add extra gifts to sweeten the deal. The quality of these is remarkably good - a little helipad, ND filters, decent memory card and a hard carry case. The case in particular is very good.
