Very professional and rapid supplier for professional drone operators and amateurs alike who use DJI equipment. Sadly not so with the parcel service who dented one of the batteries I ordered. A few weeks ago, I bought a DJI RC Pro controller, because this was the first place I found with stock. It was on my doorstep by 7.00 next morning. Pleased with the service, I came back, bought propellor guards on Tuesday, minor fault, but replaced by Wednesday. Where else do you get service like that? The guys are great for technical help, too! I've since bought a DJI Mini 3 fly more kit and Drone Only package. Drone only has suffered long delays coming to the U.K. but Drone Safe had a delivery yesterday. Judging by other suppliers websites, this appears to be the first batch to the U.K. I was kept fully informed by Tom, who made no false promises and ensured delivery as soon as possible. I'll be back. With service like that, why gamble any other supplier?
