The drone safe store and all the staff I have come into contact with have been very helpful and have ensured that I was happy with every element of my purchase. They kept me well informed, their deliveries were prompt and they are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service. I would like to mention Toby who assisted me today when there was an issue with a bar code which I needed to collect the parcel from my local post office, he supplied all the information they required and even stayed on the line to ensure that I managed to collect my parcel. thank you very much for all your help today, 10/10 for customer service ( and the drones are great too !!)

I had a quick chat with Drone Safe Store before ordering my Magic Mini Pro 3 to get some info and then ordered. The next day it arrived around 11.00 am, fantastic service and the sweets and glider were a great little bonus. Excellent!
