Fabulous customer service and speedy delivery!

3rd time I have used this store for my Drone needs this time is was a DJI Air 3 and the freewell all day pack of filters and all 3 times excellent service, no complaints or moans to pass on. I dont usually leave a review but the email I was sent prompted me to do so. Just add all 3 times the parcel arrived a nice little gesture came with the purchse. Bought an DJI M4P before Christmas and it was dispatched super quickly. It was really well packaged too which was great and the drone is perfect. Just confidently purchased a DJI FPV Controller 2 and know that I’ll experience the same quality of service. Thanks Dronesafe team. I rang the number provided on the website few times to ask some questions I had about DJI mini 4 pro bundle before buying, they answered all my questions and I didn't have to wait for ages for them to answer the call. Also it was free to ring, there were other couple of places I was looking to buy the drone from but the phone numbers provided on their websites were premium (17p a min :( ). Overall really good experience and good customer service, the drone arrived the next day! Been flying it with my son last couple of days and it's amazing. Thank you

Ordered a set of ND filters for my drone and collected it from their store, everyone was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Left with a big smile on my face and I’m going to use them again for anything I need drone related.

Competent and friendly staff who knew what they were doing. Able to test drones instore is very useful. Offered a good discount over alternative suppliers. If you are new to drone flying would recommend purchasing from a store such as this as there is a steep learning curve and its easy to get things wrong.

Absolutely superb! Quick dispatch and even got some Haribo thrown in with my perchase which was totally unexpected :D. Now that's what I call service! 5 stars!!!!
