I've got to say this company is 100% customer related beyond the call of duty I would shop anytime with this company they cannot help you enough and they put their self out beyond the call I think they do well in a new premises so go and spend your money and take a look online their website I think this company can only grow if they carry on looking after their customers but they are at the present time I like to wish them all the best and thanks for the great service they did for me the gentleman who doubt with all my enquiries and my purchase of a DJI MIDI 3 Pro and only accessories Tom I wish you all the best Mr. T. As part of my research in buying my first drone, I looked about online to see what was the correct drone to buy and the cost involved in owning one. Drone safe store came in with the best price. As someone who orders most online items through Amazon, that would have been an easy route to go but supporting smaller independent suppliers is always my preference. I called Drone Safe Store (DSS) on Saturday and talked through my options, DSS confirmed what my research had shown and we talked over the different options with regards to the DJI Mini 3 Pro and what extras I should order with the drone. I found DSS to be very informative, not pushy to sell me every extra and were happy to talk over in depth on a Saturday when I'm sure they probably would have preferred to be spending time with their families rather than speaking to some novice. On Sunday morning, I ordered the DJI Mini 3 Pro with the Fly More Kit and it came with a free Micro SD card. By Sunday evening I received an email saying all items were ready to be picked up by DPD. On Monday, I got a further email to say the items had been picked up and were out for delivery. The drone arrived Tuesday morning by 10am. Only problem is the weather is atrocious which is not ideal when boys get new toys. Hopefully the weather eases up and I can get out and start seeing what this drone is capable of. Thank you DSS for the excellent service so far.
