Very happy with Drone Safe Store. Quick delivery and a couple of free gifts, including the haribo and little model aircraft (which took me back to my youth) was a very nice touch. Items were well packaged.

The service we received from Harrison and Tom before our purchase was excellent, taking the time to look at options to make sure we’d chosen the right drone, and enabling us to pre-order as there was no stock of the Mavic 3T we wanted to buy. The very next day we received a message as they had located a single drone, and contacted us to tell us there was one available. We purchased the item on Friday afternoon for delivery Monday, but DPD arrived with it before 9am on Sunday! The prices are excellent, and the links through for the training and the operator register are also really useful, and we look forward to getting our team qualified and our environmental and energy consulting services listed in the register. We would absolutely recommend Drone Safe, and if only we were closer I’d love to attend some of their training workshops as these look to be excellent events too. My first drone and couldn’t be happier choosing Drone Safe Store. DPD delivered safely and even got a little styrofoam airplane from my childhood days to give to my son. The sweets were the cherry on top. Definitely recommend using them for all your drone needs. Very happy!

The guys and gals at the store were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for me and set up my refresh package as well as my DJI Mini 3 Pro. I'm really pleased with the product and the "Brucey Bonuses" that were included in the package. By far the best deal out there that I could find and what's better... they were local! This is my first purchase from Drone Safe Store (DJI Mini 3 Pro & Fly More package), and it’s been a great experience so far. The items were despatched very quickly, & were received the following day (free post as well!). It was a lovely touch to include a small glider & a packet of sweets! Looking forward to making further purchases from them in the future!

I ordered a kit for my drone which was supposed to arrive on Tuesday but for some reason out of their control it arrived on Thursday, just 2 hours before my departure for a long holiday (the reason why I bought the drone and the kit). I was a bit frustrated but the guys did their best in communicating with me via phone calls and I also understand the difficulties of running an independent business, so I had faith in them. Kit received before holidays and they even put a pack of Haribos for me in the box 🥹 So if you can support small businesses, please do. Nowadays it's difficult to feel like we're a close community. Really great site and easy to use with competitive prices. Seem to have good stock available. My order was processed and dispatched really quickly and delivery came really quick (no slower than amazon and also free) very good tracking too.i liked the personal touch of adding sweets in the box and other informative information. i have since bought another product from them as they clearly are reliable and probably will again. I have recieved informative information since purchase of a mavic 3 pro about licencing and other information etc to help get you started. I havent needed to but not everyone knows what to do and i think this is also a nice touch. Oh i should have also mentioned not only was the drone discounted but it also came with a free decent sd card. I would have bought it even if this wasnt the case
