I enjoyed some great advice from the staff at DroneSafe. With which I made the decision to buy a DJI drone. Stock levels there are good and the coffee is special.

DJI Mini 4 Pro mega deal I had been looking in to purchasing a better drone and found the information on the website to be clear and educational. The website was well set out and I was able to get plenty information on what was an offer with pros and cons outlined clearly. The bundled price for the drone I was after was competitive but more importantly there was a family business feel about everything. Not some multinational conglomerate. Ordering my new drone was easy and the delivery was next day. The drone and the bundled equipment were exceptionally well packaged in one parcel which was delivered by courier. Unpacking, everything was intact and not marked in anyway. There were a couple of matters. I needed clarification on and a pointer in the right direction for one aspect. For both matters email was responded to very promptly and all the information and advice offered. I have no reason to doubt that I will have a continued relationship with this company for any future purchases and needs connected with my aerial photography.

My grandson was keen to have a DCI Mini 4K for his 13th Birthday. I was scanning Google and was amazed to find a local phone number for a stockist. On arrival at Drone Safe Store Chichester, I was met by a helpful and knowledgeable salesman who could provide the drone as well as all the details required to fly.

A product redemption code did not arrive in the email, but this was sorted out in one phone call within minutes, and all the items I ordered arrived within 18 hours of placing the order and I live over 250 miles from the store highly recormend Drone safe and their sales team

I have dealt with drone safe store on a couple of occasions now and their service and knowledge is fantastic, on my last purchase I had problems ordering with my credit card (banking error) not drone safe store but none the less Tom offered me a discount for the inconvenience which was a kind offer, alas I sorted the issue my end and missed the discount (silly me) but nice gesture from the drone safe store.
