I have nothing but the highest praise for Drone Safe Store. They're always going that extra distance to help me as a newcomer to the drone community. Thanks to their speedy help on Friday, I now have my Operator ID and can go and learn how to fly! Ordered a set of ND filters for my drone and collected it from their store, everyone was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Left with a big smile on my face and I’m going to use them again for anything I need drone related.

Competent and friendly staff who knew what they were doing. Able to test drones instore is very useful. Offered a good discount over alternative suppliers. If you are new to drone flying would recommend purchasing from a store such as this as there is a steep learning curve and its easy to get things wrong.

Very happy with there service. After a 2 hour drive after Google maps said just over 1 hour , on arrival got offered a coffee. Very helpful with advice and tips . Seen the next drone I wanted . Roll on . Sorted my problem out quickly and I couldn't go with spending some money there . Can't wait to go there again .

slem shim Hidding Deatils I purchased dji products and Mr Tom told me that I Can return the devices within 30 days. When I requested a return Becouse the divices not workink with o3 air Unit, they told me that we would not accept returns because the box had been opened and this was not explained before purchase.
