A smaller storage top-up than the flat 5TB upgrade, this package adds 500GB of cloud storage, plus an additional 200GB for every DJI Dock bound to your account. For organisations running one or two docks, that scales more naturally than a fixed 5TB block would.

How the Per-Dock Bonus Works
Each DJI Dock bound to your FlightHub 2 account adds 200GB on top of the package's base 500GB. Two bound docks means 900GB total from a single purchase of this package, which can make it better value than the flat 5TB upgrade for smaller, dock-based operations specifically.
What Happens When Storage Runs Out
When storage capacity is reached, you can no longer upload new data, but nothing already stored is deleted or made inaccessible. Uploads simply stall until space is freed or capacity increased.
Activation and Validity
Same terms as DJI's other recharge and upgrade packages, confirmed from DJI's official FAQ:
- Activation window: must be activated within 6 months of purchase, or the code expires unused.
- Usage validity: once activated, the extra capacity is valid for 1 year from the activation date.
- Refunds: available if you request one within 30 calendar days of purchase and the code hasn't been activated. Once activated, no refund, replacement, or transfer to another organisation is available.

Six months from the date of purchase, after which the code expires.

One year from activation.
Do I need a specific FlightHub 2 plan to use this?
No, storage upgrades apply to both the free Standard version and paid Business plans. Once an organisation activates Enterprise, standard upgrade packages can no longer be added to that account.
Can I get a refund if I don't end up needing it?
Yes, within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided it hasn't been activated. Once activated, it's non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be moved to a different organisation.
Can I get this on finance?
Ltd companies can spread the cost with iwocaPay, and individual buyers can use Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.
