Just had my first sales and customer service experience with DroneSafe Store, and it was excellent. The Guys went above and beyond to help me. Speaking as someone that's new to the world drones, I found that the way I was helped was very reassuring. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

It has been an absolute pleasure to purchase from Drone Safe for the first time. I purchased a DJI mini 3 pro from their website late on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to make a last minute amendment to my order, so I messaged their Facebook page as well as sending an email. I received a prompt reply with a very reassuring “leave this with me and I will ensure this is sorted for you”. Not knowing the company, this quick reply and positive response, left me feeling confident in my purchase. The drone arrived today and everything looks good so far. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drone Safe to first time buyers. This is a reputable company with a family run feel. Thanks again to Tom for your correspondence and help.

A brilliant friendly family run business, with customer service that is second to none! I decided to collect my new Mini 3 Pro, and travelled 2 hours + to visit them. As it was black Friday, they were all mega busy, but took the time to give me some great tips, helpful advice and made the journey thoroughly worth it. Dubious about something that I didn't have to be Dubious about, fantastic price for a fantastic product. Next day delivery was included and even though I didn't place or until just after 3pm, it was with me by 9.30am. Yes am.. fantastic service, thank you so much
