It has been an absolute pleasure to purchase from Drone Safe for the first time. I purchased a DJI mini 3 pro from their website late on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to make a last minute amendment to my order, so I messaged their Facebook page as well as sending an email. I received a prompt reply with a very reassuring “leave this with me and I will ensure this is sorted for you”. Not knowing the company, this quick reply and positive response, left me feeling confident in my purchase. The drone arrived today and everything looks good so far. A brilliant friendly family run business, with customer service that is second to none! I decided to collect my new Mini 3 Pro, and travelled 2 hours + to visit them.
