I visited the store as I wanted their advice, certain exactly what to purchase, Tom and his team, are very knowledgeable guys, he got me to understand how I can get the best use out of my drone so it was really helpful to pay the visit and meet the team in person! Also, I’ve purchased few accessories for my drone, quality stuff and reasonable priced. I’ll definitely come back when I’m ready to upgrade for a new drone. Where to start... Best deal I could find online, so obviously when you find the proverbial to good to be true you kinda worry and check it out as best you can, I have purchased the mini 3 pro and fly more kit (extra batteries are a must have) also in as free extras where a micro SD card and hard carry case which are brilliant freebies. Upon opening the box the drone came in, I was delighted to find 2 extra unusual gifts both of which took me back to when (a long time ago) I was a kid, one was a refresher bar and the other .... Well let's just say was an old friend in toy form both of which brightened my day after a hard shift. Next day delivery included as standard with my order and I am really glad I found these guys. Thanks for the service, I will spread the word and be back for more.

Bought from here twice now, and it's become my go to place for drone items. Great site communication too as I popped on yesterday to ask if there was any update on when my package was to be delivered and I got answered right away. Nice touch on the sweets in each package too - reminds me of why I used to use another site for mountain bike stuff which did a similar thing. :)

Purchased the DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) and the Fly More pack, received a free SD card and carry case. I had visited the office a few weeks earlier just to have a chat as I was still unsure but had a great demo by Tom of the drone and he showed me just how easy it was to fly. I made the purchase and collected the next day being seen to by Tom and then got to meet his Dad Mark who my employer had used in the past for some video work so we had a quick chat and he showed me the site and answered all the questions I had. 5/5 for service and 5/5 for price. I recently purchased my DJI Mini 3 Pro from the Drone Safe Store and found them to be very helpful, I accidentally got the delivery address wrong but thanks to their help it was sorted very quickly.
