I'll keep returning to shop at drone safe store because the have the best prices and deals for DJI drones as a certified retailer. I've bought two drones from them, and always arrives with extras and gifts

So far so good. My live web chat was was extremely useful and always willing to answer within 2 minutes. Upon delivery if my drone, I discovered that the screen protector for the controller had snapped. Another quick chat with Archie and a new protector us in the post. The free gifts are a nice touch too.

I did a lot of research and came across the Drone Safe Store, looked at their reviews and the packages they offered along with the content from their website and it was clear these guys are passionate about providing Drones along with support, advice and learning platforms to enable me to feel confident in my purchase. Initially, I just spoke to their online chat service which is actually run by them and not a 3rd party. I proceeded to buy the drone and package I wanted, much better value then a large retailer and delivery was the next day. Not had the chance to use my drone yet but excited and i will use the Drone Safe Store for any future requirements.

Hassle free, better than any retailer. These guys are going extra mile to provide customer satisfaction which now a days is lost with big brands.

After considering it for several months, I finally ordered it online yesterday and it was delivered this morning. When I opened the box, I saw candy instead of a drone. I was shocked and thought I had been cheated.😆

We visited the store in Chichester today to get some more information,what an amazing experience!! From the moment we arrived we were treated with the upmost hospitality and respect. The advise was extremely helpful and the coffe was lovely. Needless to say we bought a drone (DJI Mini 4 Pro mega bundle) Really looking forward to flying it soon.
