This is my first drone I have purchased and found a very good deal from DroneSafe. Received in very good time and packaged very well. One item was missing , so I contacted them and within 10 minutes it was with DHL can’t moan at the service of these guys would have given more stars but unable to. Thank guys will be back if I need anything or help

It's not when it goes well that sellers shine! When there are minor problems how do they respond. DSS are a superb organisation. Dedicated to excellence. I had a query Sunday when delivered a day EARLY! THE WHOLE TEAM RESPONDED IN MINUTES. Everything sorted by 10am Monday. I am 70 years old and this kind of support and service are VERY rare.
