Ordered an M30T from these guys. They over-promised and under-delivered at every turn. And repeatedly tried to fob me off. The first thing was the drone, which was not cheap, took over a week to arrive. Despite being advertised as "Next Day Delivery". An additional package arrived, which contained some freebies by way of apology. Said freebies included a used company notebook, in which had been written their klarna merchant passwords. I informed them of their mistake. Good job I'm honest. The drone itself had an issue with an engine overheating on only the third flight, which necessitated an emergency RTH with safe landing. (See attached video.) I therefore returned it within a week of receipt as a warranty defect, and requested a refund or replacement. This is when the real problems started. Drone Safe repeatedly tried to fob me off, and pass me to DJI. Quoting "DJI policies" at me repeatedly. Despite the fact I'd bought the drone from them, and it was them that had responsibility to refund or replace the faulty item. It was amateur hour at every turn. I sent the drone back to them almost immediately after receiving it, owing to the above fault. They at first tried to deny there was a fault. Then asked me for my DJI password so they could look at my logs. (Any authorised retailer should have the tools to look at the logs without asking a customer for their passwords. And given Drone Safe's apparent inability to keep their own banking passwords secure, I certainly wasn't trusting them with my own passwords.) While all this was going on, they repeatedly ignored emails for days on end. When they did belatedly respond, I got some story about the owner and his wife being ill. I gave them time to get past Christmas, to recover from this apparent illness, and to satisfy themselves that the drone was indeed faulty by sending it to DJI. A month went by while this was going on. In the end, despite my giving them every opportunity to resolve the issue professionally, they merely sent me a tatty second hand drone that had clearly beed used. Which I'd made clear in advance would not be an acceptable resolution. Now, I'm left £10k out of pocket. With a tatty used drone that has flight logs on it showing it has been flown in Switzerland before being palmed off to me as "new". A case covered in some sticky residue, and user manuals that have been opened. They have refused reasonable attempts to get them to comply with Consumer Contracts legislation. So I've been forced to instruct my bank to do a Chargeback and take them to Small Claims court. If you want to avoid the same hassle I've had, drop these guys as soon as they let you down. Or better yet avoid them like the plague from the outset. Don't listen to their BS excuses, sob stories and empty promises like I did before acting. They can't be trusted one bit to do anything they say.

Found a drone at a great price on the website. The whole buying process was straightforward. On delivery, the drone was well packaged - and even popped some sweets in the box too. A nice touch. Will definitely use them again.

Drone arrived next day as promised ,everything packed well and lots of freebies, no landing and takeoff pad tho even though that was a free gift , will phone drone safe to let them know . Other than that very happy with my purchase and can't wait to go fly .

When I first decided to start searching for a drone I'd never heard of Drone Safe, I therefore did a little research before committing to making a purchase with them. I quickly got the sense they are very reputable and offer a first class service, not only that but the packages they had on offer were extremely competitive. I am so pleased with my purchase and the service I have received - their customer service is great and response to queries second to none. I will certainly be using them again and they will be my go to retailer.

There was a slight problem with my order as it was black Friday and they ran out of what I had ordered. They got in contact with me and sorted it out the same day and sent me links to everything else I needed. Cannot recommend them enough. Amazing team as well

I bought a DJI Neo motion pack, I went for the deal that said there may be slight damage to the package, but the contents were ok. To be honest, I couldn’t even see a mark on the packaging! It also turned up a day earlier than estimated. Fantastic!!!

One item was missing , so I contacted them and within 10 minutes it was with DHL can’t moan at the service of these guys would have given more stars but unable to.
