I bought a DJI mini 4 Pro on cyber Monday . I rang the shop a couple of times with questions and they were always happy to help. Then last week I went in their first drone course for the day which was excellent as I haven’t even started using my drone yet . Mark was really friendly and helpful . He answered all my questions and I even stayed behind as he showed me how to use the editing software. The day before the course I went to the shop with my drone and Harrison helped me register it with the 2 yr insurance and even helped me sort my operators licence and printed out the label for the drone . Well worth the time and effort to get to the shop and course, as I live in Derby . Thanks everyone, Kev

Fabulous customer service and speedy delivery!

3rd time I have used this store for my Drone needs this time is was a DJI Air 3 and the freewell all day pack of filters and all 3 times excellent service, no complaints or moans to pass on. I dont usually leave a review but the email I was sent prompted me to do so. Just add all 3 times the parcel arrived a nice little gesture came with the purchse.
