As an OAP and not computer or technically minded i bought a DJI mini 3 pro Drone from Drone Safe and paid to have it set up for me. I can't thank them enough as i received it within 18 hours of ordering and it is a dream to fly. Rang them three times within two day's as somehow altered settings and every time they have explained and talked me through the setting's to correct my mistakes. Each staff member i spoke to are very helpful and are pleased to take your call and advising you any other questions / problems please don't hesitate to call us. I will certainly use this company again as their customer service / knowledge is second to none. Thank You.

I am a beginner in drone flying and technologies. Browsing Internet Drone Safe Store offer came priced amongst the lowest for the item and with a special bonus offer-a memory card free of charge. The website looked fine to me with all the required info, specs, what's in the box, ..etc. I was able to pay via PP and the item arrived super quickly in a day or two well packed. Spent the day searching for the DJI mini pro 3 battery charger, everywhere was out of stock apart from these guys. Order it super-fast delivery was on my door step the next day, plus had a little bag of Haribo and a little toy plane that the kids loved.. Thank you.

Very helpful and patient. I arrived early on a Friday morning intending to purchase a package that would suit me. All suitable drones and controllers were explained and demonstrated to me over a 2 hour period. I came away happy and confident I had made the correct choice with the drones and supplier. And the coffee was good too. Thanks a lot guys... and... I haven't crashed it yet.
