AI-Assisted Flight Operations

The onboard AI model identifies vehicles, vessels, and people automatically during flight, so operators spend less time manually tracking a subject and more time on the actual survey or inspection task. Four modes build on this:

Deploy Smart Track to keep the camera locked on a moving subject without manual gimbal input.
Use POI (Point of Interest) to circle a fixed structure automatically, useful for 360° inspection of towers, chimneys, or plant.
Run Cruise mode on long transects, holding a set direction without constant stick input on multi-kilometre corridor surveys.
Set FlyTo to send the aircraft directly to a mapped coordinate, cutting transit time between waypoints on large sites.

What's the difference between the Matrice 4E and 4T?

The 4E carries a 20MP wide camera built for geospatial work: surveying, mapping, construction, and mining. The 4T swaps in a thermal camera and NIR illumination instead, aimed at inspection, emergency response, and public safety work. The airframe and flight systems are shared.
