The Matrice 4 Series Intelligent Flight Battery is the dedicated flight battery for the DJI Matrice 4E and DJI Matrice 4T. Its 99.5 Wh energy capacity provides the aircraft with the power required for extended surveying, mapping, inspection and public safety operations.

DJI specifies a maximum flight time of 49 minutes for the Matrice 4 Series under controlled, windless test conditions. Actual flight time varies according to flight mode, payload, weather, temperature and other operating factors.

49-Minute Maximum Flight Time

The battery supports up to 49 minutes of flight time when the Matrice 4 Series aircraft is flown without wind under DJI's test conditions. This provides additional operating time for tasks such as corridor inspection, site surveying and infrastructure monitoring before a battery change is required.

Intelligent Battery Management

The Matrice 4 Series battery monitors key operating parameters to support safe and consistent battery management. DJI specifies a 200-cycle count, allowing operators to monitor battery usage over its service life and plan replacement requirements as part of routine fleet maintenance.

The battery has a 4C discharge rate and supports a maximum charging power of 1.8C, providing the electrical performance required for the Matrice 4 Series platform.

Charge Multiple Batteries Sequentially

The DJI Matrice 4 Series Charging Hub can charge up to four compatible batteries sequentially, allowing operators to maintain a charged battery rotation during extended deployments. Standard Mode charges batteries to 100%, while Standby Mode charges them to 90% and maintains that level for rapid deployment.

The charging hub is designed specifically for the Matrice 4 Series Intelligent Flight Battery and should not be used with other battery models. DJI specifies a charging temperature range of 5°C to 40°C.
