Customer Reviews

Great price, good delivery.... but only part-filled my order. The specific deal I ordered included a free SD card with the drone. I therefore didn't order a separate SD card. The drone was delivered but no SD card which meant I couldn't use the drone (except to fly around randomly) until I got the SD card. In resolution, 2 SD cards were sent out the next day.

Straightforward transaction; prompt delivery; best competitive price. Clear communication received throughout the transaction, Many thanks.

A great shopping experience! I had a good talk with Mark, the owner on the phone, who answered all of my questions and showed a real interest in making sure that I was happy with my purchase. DSS had put a couple of freebies in the bag for me which made me smile. I highly recommend and will be buying from them again. Good job guys!

Just had my first sales and customer service experience with DroneSafe Store, and it was excellent. The Guys went above and beyond to help me. Speaking as someone that's new to the world drones, I found that the way I was helped was very reassuring. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
