Quality experience from these guys, spoke with tom over the phone to discuss the Mavic Mini 2, he was more than knowledgeable and answered all my questions. i live close to the office so decided to pop in to complete the purchase, i was very impressed with here store, all staff were happy to see me, answered all my questions and were passionate to help. anyone looking to buy or have any queries, these guys are the ones to call.

Ordered prop guards for my Mavic Mini 2 from another company that told me they were in stock, so took a booking for a job at and in an old coal mine, that company later in the day announced a delivery date of June, contacted Dronesafe who assured me they were in stock and could get them to me next day. Never knew this place existed until I drove past and my son spotted it. I knew what I wanted to buy so when I found it on the website for less than going direct to DJI, I made contact to collect in person. I got an instant reply to confirm it was in stock and ready to collect. On arrival, the item was already waiting for me and Mark was very helpful, friendly and happy to chat and show other products that I'm looking to buy at a later date. Can tell when you're in good hands when there's plenty of knowledge. Glad my son spotted the place as I know I will be returning in the future as always prefer to collect items rather than rely on post from other companies and risk items being damaged in transit. Customer service and prices are both amazing!

I ordered a set of dji fpv goggles v2 from Mark and the team. They were dispatched and and arrived the very next day ( 12 hrs delivery to Halifax which I thought was phenomenal) when I tried using the goggles there was a fault with them. I made contact with the team and they spent the whole day trying to help me getting them to work with no joy. Mark made the decision to have the goggles picked up for return and sending a new pair out that had been double checked to make sure all was well. He even threw in a sd card for the goggles as good will gesture. I really can't praise the guys enough for the service provided, I'll 100% be using them again Hamish
