Fantastic drone package with unbeatable service, we certainly purchase from Drone Safe again

Amazing deal over the weekend. Was going to buy a DJI Mavic 3 Classic but being a beginner and with all the regulations I couldn't make my mind up. Then I saw the price Drone Safe Store was offering, plus they were throwing in free delivery, a hard case and a 64GB Sandisk Extreme card. Adding up the whole package it swung the deal. Also, they have a customer facebook portal and all their customers are really helpful. I also bought the DJI Care Refresh for 2 years. Good price for that. With everything , it was cheaper than I was going to spend on the 3 Classic. So ordered and paid for on saturday direct from the Store. They shipped monday and DPD delivered at 09:45am on tuesday. Bought a few extras from Amazon whilst i was waiting. Great shipping and kept me in touch via emails. Highly recommend . I had been monitoring Drone prices since black friday last year and had been waiting for a deal that fitted with my savings. Will use this Min 3 Pro to learn Drone flying and video editing. Ready for my motorhome in May . Still fancy the Mavic 3 Classic but need to learn first. Have got my Flyer ID and also got Operator ID Stickers which are now fixed to the drone.

Ordered a Mini 3 Pro last night and collected from the team this afternoon. Harrison was really helpful when I called to confirm I was okay to collect it. When I arrived the team gave the warmest welcome despite being in the middle of their move. Everyone was very helpful and went the extra mile. Marks passion clearly shines through. You will definitely be in safe hands ordering from them. I’ll 100% be back. The drone was great value and was brilliant to be able to collect the next day. I’ve flown my drone all afternoon and can feel myself getting the bug!

The customer service Tom, Harrison and Mark offer is on ANOTHER LEVEL to anything I have experienced before from a company. I am of the older generation and had a few questions about updates, and general operation to which my first call to Harrison left me confident I could manage to operate this drone. I had a few questions to setting it up when it arrived on the Saturday and Mark who was at home with his family spent 49 minutes on the phone and went through everything and even stayed on the call to go through a test flight with me to make sure I was up and running and confident. Any issues he said to just call at anytime and they would help me. Love the drone and would totally recommend these guys. Cant thank you enough.

My order for a DJI Mavic 3 arrived well boxed and very intact the next day. Drone Safe staff were very helpful and knowledgeable at time of order, sensitive and competitive on price. The also offered free effective advice on problems with another DJI drone purchased some time ago direct from DJI. Would I buy from them again... certainly.
