I needed some new propellers for my Mini 3 Pro. They arrived quick and also packaged well. Thanks for the free gifts too 🙌🏽.

I had an Avata and DJI mic put by to pickup, from the store but work got in the way. So with a quick phone call I paid over the phone. The next morning my parcel arrived safe and sound and properly packaged. The first thing I did was scoff the sweets and the chew bar and fly the toy glider. They know what we want. 😁 This was my 4th drone purchased from Dronesafe and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service and delivery from the people at Drone Safe Store Limited, MY order was dispatched same day and arrived before 12 the following day. Exceptional service right out of the box. Friendly, super efficient and rectified a very minor incorrect delivery immediately. I even received an apologetic email from the MD! Very impressive and showing how customer facing company should operate IMO. Buy from these guys with confidence.

Perfect transaction. All went smoothly, no issues. I am currently away in Wales living in the van, so have had trouble getting parcels sent. I emailed these guys and asked for a solution, and they managed to get my parcel sent to local Co op for collection. I’d been waiting over a month for local camera shop to get stock of the Avata, even paying a deposit as they said it was arriving that Monday (4weeks ago now) I eventually gave up on waiting, and within a few minutes of googling, found this site. I questioned them regarding the postage etc, and they were more than helpful, and I received my Avata the very next day. I was a bit sketched out as if never heard of/ used this store, but I went for it and literally had my Avata in my hands the next day. Will be happy to use this store again in the future.
