DPD 👎🏾 had my parcel for over one week and didn’t deliver, told them my situation and they did not care. Horrible service. Explained the situation to the Drone Safe Store and they said with no hesitation, I can come to the store and collect my DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) and Fly More Kit in person, and the parcel DPD have they will return to sender. “ made my Christmas”🎄🎄🎄 They gave me loads of goodies ….SD cards, exclusive DJI merchandise ALL FOR FREE!!!! 10 out of 10 customer service highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably the best retailer in th UK, These guys take pride in what they do and not only they call you send you emails to keep you updated and they follow their sale even after the goods are delivered. I purchased a mini 3 pro with various other add ons and the guys who work and own this establishment are basically wonderful. I really appreciate all the help and your guidance through out the purchase and set up and registering DJI refresh plans etc. All the best
