Tom over at Drone Safe Store was really friendly and helpful, explaining and demonstrating the drone I was considering. Tom also chatted to me about the CAA and insurance requirements. Their new facility is very smart and I even got a coffee! Purchased Mini 3 , although I am a novice I am pleased with the drone’s relative ease of use. The delivery was all good and arrived on time along with the glider and sweets, I did have a query and that was dealt with efficiently and politely by the-member of staff. Chris H
