From the initial enquiry I made with the online chat service to the order process and subsequently the phone call I received from Tom pointing out a mistake I had made was seamless. The next day delivery was very prompt. I cannot praise Tom and his team highly enough. As for the “one star” review, if you thought it was a scam why on earth did you reply to it.
