Not sure why they are advertising best UK deal on DJI mini pro 4 when it's not! Go to DJI retail hassleblad because they actually have the best UK deal by far. Bit of false advertisement

I was after a drone to film my hiking adventures across Scotland. I looked around on the Internet and found Steve's Tech Emporium on Youtube. I already follow Steve on his Outdoor channel. Watching his review of the DJI mini 4 pro drone and seeing the quality of the footage wet my appetite. So another search on the Internet led me to several drone sellers in the UK but the one that stood out was the Drone Safe Store. This is a family business whose business ethics chime with my own and who offer more bang for your buck and top quality service to boot at reasonsble prices. There are various packages to chose on the website to suit all pockets. Ordered my drone on the Sunday and it was delivered via DPD on the Tuesday. Chuffed to bits and can't wait to take the drone out for test flight soon. 😀

Friendly helpful staff , I was offered refreshments, we discussed the mini 4 drone deal I was looking at , they had a lot of drones on show , as well as remote control cars , they also have a training area inside , if any problems just give them a call , very pleased with the service

Service was great at the start. Parcel received in time but unfortunately one of the items was wrong. I have emailed them twice since receiving my parcel and get no response so this is why I can only leave 1 star. Hopefully they may respond following this review.

I needed a battery charger for a DJI Air 2 S. Drone Safe Store was the only supplier I found on line that had the charger I wanted in stock. It was also very competitively priced. I ordered one on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service and will use Drone Safe Store again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for drone accessories.

These guys were faster (and cheaper) than any of the other big retailers like Amazon, Argos etc. I’m really glad I chose Dronesafe and thanks for the free gifts inside the box! Will definitely be using them again.

I bought a DJI mini 4 Pro on cyber Monday . I rang the shop a couple of times with questions and they were always happy to help. Then last week I went in their first drone course for the day which was excellent as I haven’t even started using my drone yet . Mark was really friendly and helpful . He answered all my questions and I even stayed behind as he showed me how to use the editing software. The day before the course I went to the shop with my drone and Harrison helped me register it with the 2 yr insurance and even helped me sort my operators licence and printed out the label for the drone . Well worth the time and effort to get to the shop and course, as I live in Derby . Thanks everyone, Kev
