Ordered and delivered in two business days. Very well packed. Arrived unmarked and obviously cared for properly.

Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable about their products. You get the sense they really try to make you comfortable.

Fantastic place. My partner was interested in a drone but didn't really have much knowledge so we visited here. We were looked after by the owners son who is a credit to his dad. Such a pleasant young man who took the time and trouble to answer questions and show us what was what. We were also fortunate to get help from a customer, Mike who was very knowledgeable. The whole experience was wonderful. Great surroundings. Very comfortable and were given a lovely cup of coffee. I cant fault the place. Needless to say my partner left with his drone and all the kit.

Avoid Avoid Avoid This place is not what is seems please beware. They stole money from me last year and never resolved it. I bought the new DJI FPV and an extra set of FPV goggles. When it turned up the extra goggles were not in my package. When I called Drone safe to my complete astonishment there was no apology. The response was to Immediately accuse me of not securing my house and that someone had come and taken the goggles from the delivery box. They were very quick to ask me if I had home insurance and that I should look to use that. It really has to be the worst thing I have ever experienced from a shop. Like it’s really illegal behaviour. They said they checked their cctv and sent me a photo of a generic unlabelled box with three DJI boxes in it and said that was how it left them. There was nothing to say it actually was my box so completely pointless. My bank could not deal with it telling me to try to get drone safe to resolve so I’m out of pocket. I have complained to the UK importers and the response was that they would make a note and next time to use Jessops ! As there was again nothing they could do ether . To cap it all I had already spent lots of money with them with the Mavic pro with the pro res and a mini pro, and they were very helpful then so it makes it worse for me. I can only imagine that many of the reviews on here could be fake. It’s very depressing. Avoid them ! As we can see really bad customer service. No attempt was made to fix this. I opened the sealed box and the goggles were not there. If I was running a sales service I would make sure something like this was resolved as I would be embarrassed with such a mistake. Somebody messed up in the dispatch or took them for themselves. It’s very sad and left me feeling incredibly let down after spending thousands with them. Please be careful of this place as they clearly do not care when something goes wrong.

As an OAP and not computer or technically minded i bought a DJI mini 3 pro Drone from Drone Safe and paid to have it set up for me. I can't thank them enough as i received it within 18 hours of ordering and it is a dream to fly. Rang them three times within two day's as somehow altered settings and every time they have explained and talked me through the setting's to correct my mistakes. Each staff member i spoke to are very helpful and are pleased to take your call and advising you any other questions / problems please don't hesitate to call us. I will certainly use this company again as their customer service / knowledge is second to none. Thank You.
