Great fast service

What a top company, I fully appreciate at this moment in time the company must be getting hundreds, may be thousands of calls and emails each day regarding the new DJI Mini 3 Pro. The site stated they had stock, I placed a order, I later contacted them using online chat. Spoke to a excellent bloke. Was told the item will be on its way to me by courier for next day delivery. They was not wrong, next day item arrived by courier. No problems with the order.

If you want advice ,help or to buy anything DJI then look no further.They have stock before anyone else and when they guarantee you will get it they pull out all the stops to make sure you do.The Mini 3 was delivered to us customers ,along with the fly more kit, before most other businesses had even received theirs and who are still talking pre orders.A perfect family run business , friendly, helpful efficient who care for their customers I have been to their premises on 3 occasions and it is a pleasure to shop with such a friendly, professional efficient company I shall be back.

Recently ordered a Mini 3 Pro and could pick it up on shipping day. No delay or waiting - it was instant. The drone is amazing, but the review is more for the shop itself and the team which is amazing as well. I have been twice there in the last two weeks. Once to pick up the drone and once to pick up the flymore kit. Questions i had after the initial flight were answered and demonstrated with the drone. I have also received additional advice based on recent software updates and how to grade the D-cinelike profile. My first drone was bought online and i needed a bit of time to get settings and editing up to the standard. Here i could ask a real person and saved so much time. I am very happy with my purchase at the Drone Safe Store Chichester and will come back for any DJI/Drone relatet product. Guys you have an amazing shop.
