Such nice people, very willing to allow you to fly the drones and share a wealth of information with no pressure to purchase. They also run monthly drone flying courses. A great concept in a great space!

Very helpful and patient. I arrived early on a Friday morning intending to purchase a package that would suit me. All suitable drones and controllers were explained and demonstrated to me over a 2 hour period. I came away happy and confident I had made the correct choice with the drones and supplier. And the coffee was good too. Thanks a lot guys... and... I haven't crashed it yet.

Purchased form them twice on 2 separate occasions. Next day delivery is free. Which is amazing. Packaged well. Kind, polite service. They update every step of the way. They send u a model airplane each time, no use to me but I give to kids. They also send you some haribos, making u fall of your diet a lil bit lol. Send a banana 🤣. 5 star service. Can't fault em. Plus they always got the things in stock no one else has. Asa a business they got a good recipe.

One of the best customer experiences in recent memory - if only it was always like this! It began with a Facebook ad - I had indeed been Googling for some deals on the DJI Mini 3 Pro and when I saw the Drone Safe Store ad was sceptical. But checking the website saw that their deal was actually cheaper than anywhere else - including DJI. One concern I had with DJI was whether I would receive a VAT invoice -it was not clear on the DJI website whether they would supply that or not. So I thought I would check the Drone Safe Store and saw there was a chat feature. Mostly these chat features are a gimmick or unavailable but after posting the question had an almost immediate and friendly reply in the affirmative that I would indeed receive a VAT invoice. Then there was the shipping - it was listed as free but even better discovered it was next-day via DPD my favourite courier as you receive a text telling you when it will arrive. I ordered in the afternoon and by 10am the following day it was delivered - couldn't ask for more than that for free delivery! Excellent communication with email and receipt instantly sent and delivery updates. But there is more...opening the box I discovered two free gifts - a small packet of Haribo Starmix sweets, AND a little flying glider toy! I am already happy and I haven't yet had a chance to fly the drone. It reminds me of the good ol' days when customer service was actually a thing! I will certainly be looking forward to using the Drone Safe Store again in the future.
